Sorry for the delay in reply - spines on hind tibia and antennae arrangement suggest a Fulgoridae nymph but I am not sure.

The juga is much longer than the tylus which doesnt look like here unless this is an example of it being "fully enclosed".

Yep. I am a lot more careful with the record management than formerly so try to make sure that if I go to the trouble of making a record I then go to the trouble of post processing it and loading it up. There are related issues. Once a record gets back in the chronological queue somewhere it may take a year before a moderator finds it to mop it up. I get the occasional pleasant surprise.
