One thing it is not is Rice Flower, which has four ‘petals’. I am inclined to agree with Nicholas. Trachymene incisa certainly occurs in the heath near Ulladulla, and its flower cluster is much tighter. If there was a photo of the leaves there would be no question of which species it is. Trachymene incisa has deeply dissected leaves, and Platysace linearifolia has narrow leaves. Where there is not enough information in the photos uploaded to decide between two species, I am afraid the sighting has to be marked off as Unidentified.
